My Un-holistic Mama Birth Story Part 4

The night passed uneventfully, and I was able to doze lightly. Around 6:30am, my water broke. Just in time, too, because the nurse told me my OB was on her way to break my bag of water…another intervention that I later learned frequently leads to a Cesarean. I was 6-7 cm dilated when the OB came to see me.
