Product Review & Giveaway: 1Hour Break Natural Stress Relief Remedy

1Hour Break

As a trained herbalist, I am always glad when people formulate products based on good science and high-quality, organic herbs. As a lazy herbalist, I am always glad when it’s “other people” doing it, and not me. As a Mom of a little one who works full-time outside of the home, I could always use some stress relief. Good remedies for minor burns

My mother-in-law is kind of a skeptic about all things holistic, aromatherapeutic, herbal, or just plain healthy. She likes to say, “Mare has a lot of concoctions.” But, since she’s living with us to help take care of the Little Apple, I want to take care of her, too. A very PAINFUL method that my mother used to … Continue reading

Holistic Moms, Unite!

I know you’re out there…if you’re a Mom who cares about preserving her baby’s health and/or solving her children’s health issues with remedies straight out of Mother Nature’s medicine chest, then Holistic Mamas is for you. I’m a fervent believer that we have veered too far away from our connections to herb lore and Mother Nature in western medicine’s quest for scientific evidence, repeatability, and consistency. Just because something has never been tested in a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial does not mean it does not have healing value. Just because disciplines like Homeopathy, TCM, and herbalism have practitioners that … Continue reading
