Before seeing this DVD, I only had a vague notion of what a VBAC was. That is, I knew that it stood for Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, but not much else. Having delivered my daughter vaginally, I never thought to research VBACs because obviously, I haven’t had a Cesarean.
